What Youll Do

• System Requirements Management: Engage with cross-border business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements for logistics systems ( TMS/i TMS, WMS, customs system, last-mile tracking system, etc.); produce PRDs and drive product/engineering scheduling and go-live.
• System Process Implementation & Optimization: Configure, test and validate cross-border system workflows to ensure system logic aligns with actual operations; continuously optimize system pain points.
