Sales Segment Manager (m/w/d) Major Distributors

We are looking for a dynamic Segment Manager who leads (functionally & disciplinarily) and develops the team within the dedicated segment, acts as the entrepreneurial Business Owner of the segment, with end-to-end responsibility for its commercial performance, portfolio steering and value creation across all plants, regions and sales channels. This role reports directly into the Vice President of Sales and combines leadership, sales, strategy, profitability and product responsibility.
