Banking & Finance Lawyer 2/4 y - International US Law Firm

We are currently seeking a Junior to Mid- Level Banking & Finance Lawyer (2-4 years of experience) to join a prestigious US law firm in Luxembourg.

The role offers a strong balance between advisory and transactional work, with a split of approximately 50% regulatory / 50% transactional matters.

You will be involved in a wide range of high-quality banking & finance matters, working closely with senior lawyers and international clients on complex cross-border transactions as well as regulatory frameworks.
