Administrative assistant for the medical services M/F

Our client, a European institution, is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Medical Services who speaks English fluently, a good command of French is preferred. This temporary contract starts as soon as possible.

Accountabilities:

• Check travellers lists and flag staff who travelled without medical travel clearance where required. Support the correct filing of medical records.
