Your responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Microsoft-based system environments with a strong focus on M365
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services ( Exchange Online, Share Point, One Drive, Teams, Azure AD)
• Ensure identity, access management, and security policies are properly implemented and maintained
• Handle incidents, service requests, and changes in line with ITIL processes
