Key Responsibilities

End-to- End Pharma Hiring

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for pharma roles ( R& D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, Corporate functions as applicable).
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, talent availability, and hiring priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, Linked In, industry networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
