For our department Affaires Juridiques within General Services, we are looking for a (an):

Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

Main duties:

• Draft/review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on transportation agreements, IT agreements, services agreements, maintenance agreements and marketing agreements
• Provide legal advice and recommendations on a large variety of legal topics (e.g. transport law, commercial law, consumer law, IT/ IP law, Insurance law, labour law, data protection law)
