Conducting Officer in a Corporate Services Provider

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Conducting Officer to assist the Luxembourgs office Managing Director. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for Risk, Compliance, and Structuring functions, particularly with regard to securitisation / capital markets vehicles, and will support the firms further growth in SPV and structured finance operations.
