We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and support day-to-day IT operations for our customers as part of our Managed Services Provider ( MSP) activities. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of PC systems and IT networks, solid experience with Windows operating systems, and a good understanding of infrastructure components such as switches, firewalls, and servers.
