- Support of our users in 1st and 2nd level support
- Management of access and authorizations (MS Active Directory/ Microsoft 365)
- Patch management ( WSUS)
- Client and server management ( Windows 10,11 / Windows Server 2016, 2019 Hyper- V / Ubuntu Server)
- Configuration and maintenance of our monitoring system
- Optimization and documentation of processes in the IT infrastructure as well as planning, implementation and configuration of new IT solutions
