Your responsibilities
Steer and manage external market research agencies in both quantitative and qualitative research, including managing procurement processes
Designing research studies including research question/hypothesis development, questionnaire and interview guide design, psychometric data validation (reliability and validity statistics), data collection and cleaning, data analysis, report writing, and presenting of research findings
Multinational stakeholder management and engagement, including the management of your own steering groups
