Senior Consultant Business Analysis & Process Optimization - Energy Retail (f/m/d)

Are you ready to take Customer Value Management to the next level? Were building a new team to drive Customer Value Management ( CVM) across our European retail markets, and were looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us.

In this role, youll be the bridge between strategy and action. Working closely with our regional teams, youll use data and insights to extend our customer-centric mindset, shape our performance tracking, and steer commercial decisions.

Your in-depth understanding of business processes will ensure our CVM initiatives are successful on the ground.
